  • Indeplini obiectivele lunare si anuale;
  • Propune solutii si recomandari pentru consolidarea vanzarilor;
  • Monitoriza in peanenta piata si competitia pentru a te asigura ca oferta tbi este adaptata.

Ce ai nevoie pentru a reusi:

  • Studii superioare;
  • Experienta de minim 2 ani in coordonarea unei echipe de vanzari directe;
  • Experienta vanzari de minim 4 ani;
  • Are capacitatea de a organiza, coordona, controla si evalua activitatea unei echipe;
  • Capacitate de analiza, sinteza;
  • Abillitati de comunicare si de negociere;
  • Auto-motivare si capacitatea de a performa eficient in perioade dificile;
  • Cunoştinţe operare PC (Windows, Word, Excel, Internet);
  • Permis de conducere, categoria B.
