Wir suchen ab sofort für unser Büro im Team Vertrieb am Hauptsitz Ober-Ramstadt in Vollzeit eine:n Kaufmännische Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) Vertriebsinnendienst / Vertriebsassistenz (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bearbeitest Aufträge, Retouren und Reklamationen für unsere nationalen und internationalen Großkunden per Mail und per Telefon
  • Du bist kompetenter Ansprechpartner und kümmerst dich um alle Anliegen der Kunden
  • Du übernimmst Auswertungen und Übersichten in Excel / Google Sheets
  • Du bist die Schnittstelle zu Logistik, Produktion, Einkauf, Buchhaltung und Vertriebsaußendienst, um den bestmöglichen Service zu bieten
  • Du begleitest die Kolleg*innen bei Kundenbesuchen und stellst dort unsere Produkte vor

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung z.B. als Bürokaufmann / Bürokauffrau oder Industriekaufmann / Industriekauffrau
  • Du bist motiviert, engagiert, kommunikativ und scheust dich nicht davor auf unsere Kunden zuzugehen
  • Du bringst bereits 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice / Customer Service / Vertrieb, idealerweise in der Modebranche / im Fashion-Bereich mit (gerne auch während der Ausbildung)
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- (mind. C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2)
  • Du bist sehr gut im Umgang mit MS-Office / Google Workspace und idealerweise auch mit SAP Business One
