Ihre Aufgaben -------------

Gesamtverantwortung für die fachliche und personelle Führung eines spezialisierten Entwicklungsteams sowie Koordination der Zusammenarbeit über mehrere Standorte hinweg

Aktive Gestaltung der technologischen Weiterentwicklung und Erarbeitung zukunftsorientierter Lösungen im Bereich Elektronik und Elektrotechnik

Verantwortung für die Konzeption, Entwicklung und Optimierung elektronischer Komponenten, Baugruppen und komplexer mechatronischer Systeme

Begleitung neuer Produkte und Technologien von der ersten Idee über die Entwicklungs\- und Industrialisierungsphase bis zur laufenden Produktbetreuung

Planung und Steuerung anspruchsvoller Entwicklungsprojekte unter Berücksichtigung von Ressourcen, Terminen, Kosten und Qualitätsanforderungen

Förderung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden sowie Schaffung eines leistungsfähigen, innovativen und teamorientierten Arbeitsumfelds

Beobachtung und Bewertung neuer Technologien sowie Prüfung ihrer Einsatzmöglichkeiten für zukünftige Produktgenerationen

Sicherstellung der technischen Funktionalität und Qualität durch geeignete Prüf\- und Validierungsprozesse

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Produktion, Einkauf und weiteren internen Fachabteilungen zur Sicherstellung einer wirtschaftlichen und technisch überzeugenden Umsetzung

Unterstützung bei komplexen technischen Fragestellungen, Fehleranalysen und der nachhaltigen Optimierung bestehender Produkte

Technische Beurteilung und Abstimmung mit externen Entwicklungspartnern und Lieferanten

Ihr Profil ----------

Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung elektronischer und mechatronischer Produkte, idealerweise in einem industriellen Entwicklungs\- und Produktionsumfeld

Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Produkt\- oder Technologieentwicklung mit fundierten Kenntnissen in der Elektronikentwicklung

Nachgewiesene Führungserfahrung sowie Freude daran, Mitarbeitende zu fördern, Verantwortung zu übertragen und ein Team erfolgreich weiterzuentwickeln

Sehr gute technische Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Schaltungstechnik, Sensorik, Embedded Systems und elektronischen Komponenten

Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung komplexer technischer Systeme sowie ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für das Zusammenspiel von Elektronik, Mechanik und Software

Unternehmerisch denkende und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit der Fähigkeit, technische und wirtschaftliche Anforderungen miteinander zu verbinden

Strukturierte, selbstständige und vorausschauende Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägtem Organisationsgeschick und Entscheidungsstärke

Kommunikationsstarke und durchsetzungsfähige Führungspersönlichkeit, die unterschiedliche Interessen zusammenführen und Mitarbeitende für gemeinsame Ziele begeistern kann

Erfahrung im technischen Projektmanagement und in der bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit von Vorteil

Verhandlungssichere Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Abgeschlossenes Studium in Elektrotechnik (HF, FH oder Universität) oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
