Ihre Aufgaben -------------

  • Selbstständige Planung und Abwicklung von Beschaffungsprozessen für anspruchsvolle \- und Tiefbauprojekte
  • Entwicklung geeigneter Einkaufs\- und Vergabestrategien unter Berücksichtigung wirtschaftlicher und rechtlicher Rahmenbedingungen
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Ausschreibungen, Angebotsauswertungen und Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Verantwortung für die Beschaffung von Planungs\-, Bau\- und Dienstleistungen sowie die Zusammenarbeit mit externen Fachpartnern
  • Unterstützung und Beratung der Projektverantwortlichen bei Vergabeverfahren und vertraglichen Fragestellungen
  • Sicherstellung transparenter, wirtschaftlicher und regelkonformer Beschaffungsabläufe
  • Beobachtung und Beurteilung von Marktentwicklungen sowie Identifikation geeigneter Anbieter und Geschäftspartner
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung interner Einkaufsprozesse und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Standards

Ihr Profil ----------

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf oder in der Beschaffung von Bau\- und Planungsleistungen
  • Alternativ fundierte Erfahrung im Bauprojektumfeld mit vertieften Kenntnissen im Beschaffungs\- und Vertragswesen
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Schweizer Baubranche sowie der relevanten SIA\-Normen und KBOB\-Richtlinien
  • Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Ausschreibungen, Vergabeverhandlungen und im Vertragsmanagement
  • Ausgeprägtes wirtschaftliches Verständnis sowie analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Verhandlungsstarke, kommunikative und selbstständige Persönlichkeit mit hoher Eigeninitiative
  • Teamorientierte und belastbare Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Lösungsorientierung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen IT\-Anwendungen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, ösischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Weiterbildung oder Zusatzqualifikation im Bereich Einkauf, Beschaffung, Vertragsrecht oder Projektmanagement von Vorteil
