Ihre Aufgaben -------------

  • Eigenverantwortliche Entwicklung und Umsetzung nachhaltiger Einkaufsstrategien für elektronische Bauteile und Komponenten unter Berücksichtigung von Qualität, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Versorgungssicherheit
  • Strategische Betreuung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung eines internationalen Lieferantennetzwerks mit dem Ziel, langfristige und erfolgreiche Partnerschaften aufzubauen
  • Selbstständige Führung anspruchsvoller Preis\- und Vertragsverhandlungen sowie Erarbeitung wirtschaftlich attraktiver Beschaffungslösungen
  • Identifikation und Realisierung von Einsparpotenzialen durch gezielte Marktanalysen, Lieferantenvergleiche und die Optimierung bestehender Einkaufsstrukturen
  • Laufende Beobachtung internationaler Beschaffungsmärkte, technologischer Entwicklungen und möglicher Versorgungsrisiken
  • Bewertung und Auswahl neuer Lieferanten unter Berücksichtigung technischer Anforderungen, Qualitätsstandards und wirtschaftlicher Kriterien
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Entwicklung, Produktion und Qualitätsmanagement, insbesondere bei der Einführung neuer Produkte und Komponenten
  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Beschaffungsprozessen sowie bei der Optimierung der Lieferanten\- und Warengruppenstrategie
  • Sicherstellung einer zuverlässigen Materialversorgung durch vorausschauende Planung und frühzeitiges Erkennen möglicher Engpässe

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im strategischen Einkauf eines produzierenden Industrieunternehmens, idealerweise mit internationaler Ausrichtung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Einkauf elektronischer Komponenten sowie ein gutes Verständnis für technische Zusammenhänge und industrielle Fertigungsprozesse
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Auswahl, Betreuung und Entwicklung internationaler Lieferanten
  • Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick sowie ein gutes Gespür für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge, Marktmechanismen und Kostenstrukturen
  • Analytische und strukturierte Denkweise mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe Beschaffungssituationen zu beurteilen und geeignete Lösungen zu entwickeln
  • Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und zielorientierte Persönlichkeit, die Entscheidungen trifft und ihre Interessen überzeugend vertreten kann
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit mit technischen und kaufmännischen Fachbereichen
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, Eigeninitiative und die Motivation, bestehende Prozesse kritisch zu hinterfragen und aktiv weiterzuentwickeln
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
