Job Description

We are seeking a highly proficient AI Automation Specialist with strong Python expertise and a passion for Artificial Intelligence to join our dynamic R&D team. In this role, you will design and build intelligent, scalable solutions that leverage AI to automate business processes, develop AI agents, and apply generative AI models to real-world use cases.

You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and contribute to the full lifecycle of AI-driven applications—from design and development to deployment and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation Design, develop, optimize, and maintain AI-powered applications using Python Build and deploy intelligent process automation solutions Research, prototype, and implement generative AI models and AI agents Collaborate with R&D, product, and business teams to deliver innovative AI solutions Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of deployed AI systems Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and best practices.

Identify practical use cases for AI adoption across HR, Finance, IT, Operations, and other business functions

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Python for application development and automation Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, including generative AI Experience with process automation and intelligent workflows Familiarity with building or integrating AI agents and LLM-based solutions Experience in requirement gathering and translating business needs into technical designs Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative R&D environment.

Good English communication skills (reading and writing).
