Etsimme tiimiimme Partner Success Manageria tukemaan teknologiatoimittajiemme ja jälleenmyyjäkumppaneidemme menestystä. Tässä roolissa työskentelet Microsoftin modernien pilvi-, ohjelmisto- ja tietoturvaratkaisujen parissa sekä vaikutat suoraan asiakaskokemukseen, liiketoiminnan kasvuun ja kumppanuuksien kehittämiseen.

Mikä tekee roolista kiinnostavan?

Partner Success Managerina toimit tärkeänä linkkinä kumppaneiden, jälleenmyyjien ja sisäisten tiimien välillä. Varmistat, että yhteistyö toimii sujuvasti, asiakkaat saavat laadukasta palvelua ja kumppaneiden arki etenee tehokkaasti niin prosessien, työkalujen kuin tuen osalta.

Työskentelet tiiviissä yhteistyössä Business Development Managerien sekä teknisen myynnin kanssa. Vastaat uusien asiakkuuksien onnistuneesta käynnistämisestä, jatkuvasta tuesta sekä päivittäisen tekemisen sujuvuudesta eri alustoilla ja prosesseissa.

Tehtävässäsi pääset

  • rakentamaan ja kehittämään pitkäaikaisia asiakassuhteita
  • tukemaan asiakkaiden onboardingia sekä päivittäistä toimintaa eri alustoilla ja prosesseissa
  • järjestämään koulutuksia ja kehittämään tuoteosaamista asiakkaille ja sisäisille tiimeille
  • ratkaisemaan asiakkaiden arjen haasteita nopeasti ja laadukkaasti
  • kehittämään kasvua tukevia toimintamalleja yhdessä myynnin ja liiketoiminnan kanssa
  • ohjaamaan asiakkaita verkkotyökalujen, kuten TD SYNNEX StreamOne IONin, InTouchin ja toimittajien kumppaniportaalien käytössä
  • viestimään aktiivisesti tuotteista, kampanjoista, hinnoista ja uusista mahdollisuuksista
  • osallistumaan TD SYNNEXin e-business-palveluiden markkinointiin ja myyntiin
