職務概要（Job Purpose）

BDM（Business Development Manager）は、当社の顧客およびサプライヤー間、ならびにパートナー企業のエンドカスタマーとの主要な窓口として機能します。サプライヤーの事業戦略を推進し、ビジネス拡大とその実行をリードする役割を担います。また、サプライヤー組織、パートナー企業、エンドユーザーの主要関係者との強固な関係構築を通じて、売上拡大、純粗利益（Net Gross Profit）の最大化、そして顧客満足度向上を目指し、営業サイクル全体を管理します。担当サプライヤーを自律的にマネジメントし、高付加価値なサービスを提供することで、優れた成果を創出していただきます。

主な職務内容（Responsibilities）

  • サプライヤーおよびベンダーごとの戦略的施策の企画、立案、実行
  • チャネルパートナーおよびベンダーとの関係構築・エンゲージメント強化
  • ビジネスオペレーションの実行与信管理（Credit Management） 受注処理（Order Processing） 売掛金回収（AR Collections）
  • オペレーショナル・エクセレンスの推進パイプライン管理 売上予測（Forecasting） 在庫管理

応募資格（Knowledge, Skills and Experience）

  • 関連分野における実務経験8～10年以上
