The posting

Responsibilities

· Lead day-to-day IFM service delivery, coordinating in-house personnel, specialist subcontractors, and client third parties while minimizing operational disruption.

· Oversee Preventive Maintenance (PMWS) and Ad-Hoc Works (AHWS), manage work orders, coordinate Technical Officers, and enforce pre-work safety/permit requirements.

· Maintain strict adherence to client security regulations, manage contractor escort duties, and control access to sensitive operational areas.

· Enforce Singapore statutory requirements, oversee risk assessments, manage regulatory audits/inspections, and drive continuous improvement on recurring defects.

· Monitor critical building services(laboratories, data centers /server rooms) and track assets using the Client’s CFMMS or interim registers.

· Act as the primary operational interface with client representatives, track contractor KPIs, handle incident escalation, and lead the on-site team.

Requirements

· Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience infacilities operations.

· Conversant in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, M&E Engineering, Estate Management, or related fields.

· Hands-on experience in complex, regulated, or mission-critical environments (e.g., laboratories, data centers, government/defense facilities).

· Working knowledge of both Hard FM systems and Soft FM/subcontractor management.

· Practising Fire Safety Manager (FSM)certification is a strong advantage.
