Werk jij graag nauwkeurig en haal je voldoening uit technisch precisiewerk? Zoek je een job waar je jouw technische kennis kan combineren met het programmeren, instellen en bedienen van machines? Dan is deze uitdaging misschien iets voor jou.

Als Toolshoptechnieker zorg je ervoor dat onderdelen voor productie en productiemiddelen correct vervaardigd en hersteld worden. Je werkt met verschillende verspaningstechnieken en levert kwalitatief afgewerkte stukken af voor de productie.

  • Je analyseert technische 2D- en 3D-tekeningen en bereidt opdrachten correct voor
  • Je stelt stukken op in de machine en programmeert, stelt in en bedient de installaties
  • Je bewaakt het bewerkingsproces en grijpt in bij storingen of kwaliteitsafwijkingen
  • Je voert kwaliteitscontroles en metingen uit met diverse meettoestellen
  • Je voert preventief onderhoud uit en lost eenvoudige mechanische storingen op
  • Je registreert uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en werkt steeds volgens de geldende veiligheidsprocedures

Je werkt in een 2-ploegenstelsel:

  • 05u00 - 13u00
  • 13u00 - 21u00
  • Je beschikt over een technisch diploma secundair onderwijs of een bachelordiploma, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt interesse in fijn technisch werk en denkt logisch en analytisch
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig
  • Je hebt basiskennis van tekeninglezen en meettechniek
  • Je kan zelfstandig beslissingen nemen maar werkt ook vlot samen met collega's
  • Je hebt kennis van bewerkingstechnologieën voor onderdelen
  • Ervaring met slijpen, frezen, eroderen of programmeersoftware is een pluspunt
