About the role

Are you passionate about supporting ambitious young people to achieve places at the UK's most prestigious universities? We are seeking an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and inspiring Academic Tutor and UCAS/Oxbridge Coach to join our Sixth Form team and lead our Oxbridge Access Programme.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with high-achieving students across Years 11-13, providing expert guidance throughout every stage of the Oxford and Cambridge admissions process, from personal statements and entrance assessments to interview preparation and application support.

Alongside leading our Oxbridge programme, you will play a key role in delivering academic enrichment, mentoring students, coordinating the EPQ programme, supporting UCAS applications, and providing targeted academic tutoring. You will inspire students to develop the confidence, resilience and academic curiosity needed to fulfil their potential while helping to widen access to higher education. This role is ideal for someone with outstanding communication skills, a passion for academic excellence, and the ability to motivate and support students in achieving exceptional outcomes.

Candidates applying for this role must have a relevant Degree from Oxford or Cambridge University.

Staff Development

Our staff are important to us. We know that without great staff, our children will not be as successful. Therefore, Professional Learning is key to our success. As a new employee within the Trust, you will be supported by the Senior Directors of People and Professional Learning, alongside your line manager to realise your full potential. 'Our People Strategy is key to our success and integral to this is our commitment to equity, equality, diversity, and inclusion . Bringing this to life is the responsibility of every member of staff. We take seriously any behaviour which undermines it. Anyone applying to work with us, should share this commitment.’

We actively encourage applicants from colleagues from under-represented groups.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and we expect all staff and volunteers to share in this commitment. This post falls within the scope of regulated activity. Appointment is subject to an enhanced DBS with list checks (and other relevant checks). It is an offence to apply for the role if you are barred from engaging in regulated activity with children.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

The numbers game

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
