Salary: Ark MPS or UPS (Outer London) £38,805 - £51,735 or £54,309 - £58,404 depending on experience
Working pattern: Full-time (Part-time working will be considered)

We are seeking a passionate practitioner with a strong understanding of the Art curriculum and a commitment to delivering exceptional teaching. The successful candidate will be able to inspire curiosity about the past, develop students’ analytical and evaluative skills, and contribute to fostering a rich culture of historical enquiry across the school.
Key Responsibitlities:
- To plan, resource and deliver lessons and sequences of lessons to the highest standard, thereby ensuring meaningful learning takes place and pupils make rapid and sustained progress
- To develop one’s own teaching practice to a level of advanced proficiency
- To fully implement all academy routines and techniques for creating a culture of high expectations
- Contribute to the enrichment, extra-curricular and raising aspirations programmes
- Provide daily pastoral tutoring to a cohort of pupils
Qualification Criteria:
- Qualified to teach and work in the U.K.
- Honors degree directly related to the teaching aspects of the role (Art degree preferred)
- A-Level in Art
- Recognised teaching qualification, such as PCGE (applicants will preferably have qualified teacher status, although the school will accept applications who are on an accredited programme working towards Qualified Teacher Status)
