As Assistant Director of Learning - Maths Key Stage 4 at Abbeyfield School, you will be an ambitious and inspirational practitioner with a proven track record of securing strong outcomes for students. You will be passionate about raising standards, using data intelligently to drive improvement, and supporting the delivery of an engaging and ambitious Mathematics curriculum. Our Ideal candidate will have:
- Professional Qualifications & Subject Expertise: Qualified Teacher Status and Good honours degree in related subject
- Driving Student Achievement: Demonstrable success in examination outcomes
- Leading Accountability & Performance: Experience of holding staff to account for professional performance and standards through effective review and evaluation.
- Target Setting & School Improvement: Experience of setting appropriately challenging targets and criteria for evaluation.
