We are seeking to appoint an exceptional Assistant Headteacher to join the leadership team at Smestow Academy in Wolverhampton.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, highly motivated and inspirational leader who is committed to securing the very best outcomes for every pupil. We are looking for a colleague who combines strong strategic leadership with excellent interpersonal skills and a relentless commitment to improving the quality of teaching, learning and pupil outcomes.
The successful candidate will take on significant whole-school leadership responsibility, with the specific remit determined at interview in line with their experience, expertise, skills and knowledge.
You may already be an experienced senior leader, or an exceptional middle leader with a proven track record of success who is ready to take the next step in their career and make a significant whole-school impact.
