  • Working closely with parents, carers and staff to improve attendance and promote positive engagement with school.
  • Maintaining accurate records on school systems including SIMS, CPOMS and ClassCharts.
  • Supporting safeguarding and pupil wellbeing by identifying and reporting attendance-related concerns promptly.
  • Promoting a culture where attendance is everyone's responsibility and helping staff understand attendance procedures and expectations.

What We're Looking For:

  • A commitment to upholding the Catholic ethos and values of our school.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, families and staff.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills, with the ability to analyse attendance data effectively.
  • The ability to work confidently, sensitively and professionally with confidential information.
  • A proactive, resilient and solution-focused approach to supporting pupils and families.
  • Experience of working with young people, parents or within an educational environment (desirable).

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
