The posting

Coombe Girls’ School and Sixth Form is a comprehensive girls’ state secondary school, with a co-educational Sixth Form. The school is heavily oversubscribed and is committed to providing an excellent education to children in the local area. We are proud of the progress our students make from their starting points during their time with us: the school’s GCSE Progress 8 score in 2024 was +0.7, and the progress of our 2025 cohort was in the top 25% of the country. The school is proud to be part of the Helix Learning Trust.

Our school is vibrant and diverse, serving the local area of New Malden. We value every individual and the rich wealth of experience, knowledge, values and beliefs they bring to our school. The experience and talent you will bring to our school will ensure we continue to provide the best education for our students and further increase the breadth of opportunity for the next generation. We particularly encourage applications from colleagues in underrepresented groups and welcome conversations about flexible working opportunities.

We are looking for an organised, proactive and approachable individual to join our School Office team as an Attendance Officer. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents/carers and colleagues. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate attendance records and supporting the pastoral team to improve attendance across the school.

This is a term-time-only role, working 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8am to 3pm.

Please note that we will be interviewing throughout the application period and reserve the right to close the vacancy early should a suitable candidate be appointed. We therefore recommend early application to avoid disappointment.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.
