The posting

We are looking to appoint a full-time class teacher. Belvedere Infant & Belvedere Junior School is a fantastic school to start your teaching career, or to further develop it and move into middle leadership roles within the school or wider academy trust. We have a proven track record of supporting ECTs within their induction years and beyond, with incredible training options. We welcome applications from ECTs, as well as from experienced teachers. For ECTS, we offer strong support - an experienced mentor whom you will meet weekly during dedicated release time; an excellent training programme using materials from the ECF; regular observations of experienced colleagues, including visits to other schools. For experienced teachers, we offer subject specific training, access to NPQs and professional coaching to support wellbeing and workload.

Candidates are welcome to arrange a tour of our school by calling the school office on 0208 311 9092 (infants) or 01322 431404 (juniors).

Belvedere Infant & Nursery School and Belvedere Junior School are 3 form entry schools within The Pioneer Academy. Our motto is: Empowering young pioneers for a global future. Our schools are vibrant, happy places where children are enthusiastic and motivated to achieve endless possibilities and 'the school is led with love and compassion'. (Ofsted inspection report, November 2024 https://reports.ofsted.gov.uk/provider/21/139115 ) We provide a safe, caring and fun environment where every child is encouraged to be the best they can be. The children are at the heart of every decision we make to ensure that they are happy, confident and that the opportunities that are provided for them are relevant to their needs both now and in the future. Our schools have a dedicated team who work hard to reach high standards in everything we do and this is further embedded through our successful relationships with parents, the local community and the other schools in The Pioneer Academy Trust. Our most recent Ofsted inspection, which graded Belvedere Junior School as Good, recognised that 'this is a school serving its community by providing the best opportunities for children'.

Belvedere Infant & Nursery School and Belvedere Junior School are part of The Pioneer Academy Trust which is an academy trust with schools across London and the South East. At The Pioneer Academy, we put children first, pioneering excellence and championing each and every child. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
