The posting

Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher who believes every child can succeed regardless of their additional needs? Do you want to work in a welcoming and supportive school where staff wellbeing and professional development are valued? If so, we’d love to hear from you.

Newman Special School operates across a split site (one at Dinnington and one at Whiston) supporting approximately 185 pupils with the expertise and dedication of around 140 staff. The school is in receipt of DfE funding to update the current buildings, and also build a brand new building on the same site. This role would be primarily based at one site, but may be asked to work across either as part of the contract.

[School Name] is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Class Teacher to join our vibrant and committed team. This is a fantastic opportunity for either an ECT or an experienced teacher looking to make a real impact in a friendly, inclusive, and ambitious school community.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A passionate and creative classroom practitioner with high expectations for all pupils
  • A strong commitment to inclusive education and raising achievement for every child
  • Someone who can inspire and motivate pupils through engaging teaching and a nurturing approach
  • A reflective and proactive professional who works well as part of a team
  • A commitment to the wider life of the school and ongoing professional development

We Offer:

  • A supportive and caring staff team and leadership who value work-life balance
  • Enthusiastic, well-behaved children who enjoy learning
  • A strong culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Opportunities for professional growth and career development
  • A commitment to staff well-being including annual employee survey where we really listen to staff!
  • Employee benefits such as access to the Teachers Pension Scheme, free parking, free flu vaccinations, access to 24/7 GP service for you and your family as well as other EAP support.

Whether you’re at the start of your teaching journey or looking to take the next step in your career, we welcome your application.

Visits to the school are warmly encouraged - come and see what makes our school a special place to work and learn. Please contact the schoolto make arrangements.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
