- Experience of working in a primary school
- Knowledge of and compliance with school procedures and policies, including child protection and safeguarding protocol
- Strong and consistent behaviour management that aligns with the school’s Therapeutic Thinking approach
- Have experience of working closely with parents in successful home-school partnerships
- Ability to use formative and summative assessment effectively
- A desire to make a positive contribution to the wider life and ethos of a school
- Ability to plan and effectively resource engaging lessons to support all learners
- Ability to adapt provided schemes to meet the need of all learners
