We have a rare opportunity for an outstanding, enthusiastic, and caring Class Teacher to join our committed Early Years and Key Stage 1 team. Whether you are an experienced teacher or an ECT seeking a supportive environment to complete your induction, we offer a place where your passion for teaching will be valued and supported.
We are seeking a candidate who:
- Has a strong understanding of early childhood development, the EYFS framework, continuous provision, and Key Stage 1 curriculum requirements and is therefore able to develop Quality First Teaching.
- Demonstrates a passion for early reading and effective systematic synthetic phonics delivery.
- Creates an engaging, language-rich, and inclusive classroom environment rooted in mutual respect.
- Has high expectations for pupil progress, attainment, and positive behaviour management.
- Works collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and external agencies to ensure every child thrives.
- Is supportive of our distinctively Christian vision and ethos.
