Salary: L5 £57,137 to L8 £ 61,533 (DOE) Pending confirmation of the 2026/2027 pay award

Contract: Permanent, Full-time

Job summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, forward-thinking and committed individual to join our Leadership Team as Deputy Headteacher. Working closely with the Headteacher, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the school’s vision, aims and strategic priorities. You will provide inspirational leadership across curriculum, teaching and learning, staff development and pupil support. You will contribute to effective resource management, safeguarding and the wider development of the school. Building strong relationships with pupils, staff, parents, governors and the wider community will be central to the role. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about education, committed to high standards and able to inspire others to achieve their best. This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant contribution to the continued success and development of Aloeric Primary School.
