The posting
To support the SENCO in the strategic leadership and day-to-day coordination of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) provision across the school.
The Deputy SENCO will contribute to ensuring that students with SEND receive appropriate, high-quality support and that the school meets its statutory responsibilities. The postholder will work closely with students, families, teachers, support staff, external professionals and senior leaders to promote positive educational, social and personal outcomes for students with SEND.
