We are looking for a teacher who:
- has knowledge and experience of teaching EYFS and the EYFS curriculum
- has knowledge of using Tapestry
- is skilled at supporting children with SEND
- is motivated and passionate to provide the very best learning opportunities for children
- can form positive relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, governors and outside agencies
- values the importance of outdoor learning
- recognises the importance of early identification of needs, and has high expectations for behaviour and achievement
- is flexible and adaptable to situations
- is highly resilient and demonstrates a proactive, positive, solution-focused approach to personal and professional development
- can work as part of a team
- can deliver high-quality learning experiences for all children
