Work where it matters most, achieve what matters more

Be part of a team where passion meets purpose, as we work together where the challenge is greatest to change the lives and build the futures of children and young people.

We are looking for a friendly, organised and adaptable Finance / HR / General Administrative Assistant to join our busy school office. This is a varied role where no two days are quite the same. You'll support our school finances by processing income, orders and invoices on SAGE, managing Free School Meal vouchers, handling payments for trips, visits and agency staff, and keeping our finance records in good order. Alongside this, you'll help our HR Lead with recruitment and onboarding, personnel files, absence recording and return-to-work interviews. You'll also be part of a close-knit office team, so you'll help with general admin too - welcoming visitors, answering calls, keeping parents updated through Arbor, and lending a hand at parents' evenings, trips and whole-school events.

We'd love to hear from you if you have experience in finance or HR administration, ideally in a school or similar setting. Experience with SAGE, Arbor or Every HR would be a real bonus, but if you're keen to learn new systems, we'll support you. You'll be accurate, well organised and confident using Microsoft Office, and you'll treat confidential information with care and a sound understanding of GDPR. Just as importantly, you'll be happy to get stuck in with general office work when needed, whether that's covering reception, helping with lunch duty or invigilating exams. You'll be a warm, approachable communicator who builds good relationships with staff, students and parents, works well on your own and as part of a team, and takes a positive, can-do approach to problem-solving. A First Aid at Work qualification, or a willingness to complete one, is essential.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
