Chiltern Way Academy Futures in Basingstoke is a short‑stay school supporting learners who have been permanently excluded or are at risk of exclusion. The Futures provision offers a warm and nurturing fresh start with a curriculum focused on core subjects, life skills and personal development, ensuring students are supported on their journey back into education or toward alternative pathways.

- Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the diverse needs of our learners
- Support students’ academic progress, personal development and emotional wellbeing

- Work collaboratively with colleagues, external professionals and wider support teams
- Contribute to curriculum planning, enrichment opportunities and whole‑school development
