Pastoral and CCTV Support

We have a vacancy for a positive, proactive, and confident person to join our busy Pastoral Team. You will provide high quality pastoral support across the College to help students develop our core values of care, aspiration, respect and responsibility.

Applicants should be organised, tenacious, and possess excellent communication, interpersonal and IT skills along with the ability to multitask.

The successful postholder will provide pastoral support to approximately 240 children - the nature of this support will vary dependent upon the individual child’s needs. They will be required to monitor and review CCTV footage throughout the day. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate care, compassion, and empathy in their relationships with children and families, and who also subscribes to our belief that relationships are integral to learning. The role of Pastoral and CCTV Support plays a huge part in creating and building a sense of belonging to our school from children and their families and is a critical part of the wider pastoral support we provide for our young people.

We place significant emphasis on working collegiately as a school to share our expertise and subsequently enhance the learning experience with our students. Every member of the staff is involved in a variety of professional learning programmes that take place across the academic year.

We would like the successful applicant to start as soon as possible.

Staff wellbeing is important to us, and we offer a range of benefits to support our employees including:

  • Westfield Health Plan
  • Discounts at retailers and holiday companies
  • Free Parking
  • Staff Wellbeing Day
  • Cycle to Work scheme
  • Generous Local Government Pension Scheme
  • Professional Development

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
