Are you organised, professional and committed to delivering excellent customer service?
We are seeking a Receptionist/Administrator to join our supportive team and provide high-quality reception and administrative support within our busy primary school environment. As the first point of contact for the school, you will play an important role in supporting pupils, families, colleagues and visitors, helping to create a welcoming and positive experience for everyone who visits, contacts or works with our school.
This is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of our school community. You will support the smooth day-to-day running of the school by managing enquiries, maintaining accurate records, assisting with attendance administration, supporting school communications and providing a professional front-of-house service. We are looking for an organised and approachable individual who enjoys working with people and is committed to providing excellent customer service. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated team and make a valued contribution to the continued success of our school and the experiences of the children and families we serve.
