Inspire. Lead. Make a Difference.

Astley Primary School is seeking to appoint an outstanding and ambitious Senior Teacher to join our dedicated and hardworking team. This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional classroom practitioner who is passionate about achieving the very best outcomes for children and who is ready to take the next step in their professional journey.

We are looking for a teacher who:

  • Demonstrates consistently excellent classroom practice.
  • Has high expectations and a relentless commitment to ensuring every child succeeds.

  • Opportunities to develop and implement leadership skills
  • High-quality professional development and support from Synergy MAT leaders

This role would be ideal for an experienced teacher who is ready to broaden their impact beyond their own classroom and who aspires to future leadership positions.

If you are an inspirational teacher with the ability to motivate others, drive high standards and make a lasting difference to children's lives, we would love to hear from you.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.
