Foxfields Academy is a specialist all-through school for pupils aged 4-16 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
In KS4, we have pupils working from entry level to GCSE level. We also deliver a wide range of vocational qualifications. We are looking to appoint someone who is:
- A qualified teacher with QTS
- Able to teach and inspire pupils with complex SEMH needs
- Able to build relationships with Y10/11 pupils who struggle to regulate their behaviour
- Aspirational for our children and believes they can break down barriers to support excellent outcomes
- A subject specialist with demonstrable previous impact
- Has experience of teaching English or Maths to GCSE level
For the right candidate, we can also consider the possibility of a TLR being added to the job role. This can be discussed at interview.
The school is part of CIT (Community Inclusive Trust), a Multi Academy Trust comprising of special and mainstream primary schools across Lincolnshire, Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire.
