The role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of learners, including those with special educational needs, disabilities and additional learning barriers.

As a valued member of our school community, you will support learning across the curriculum, contribute to monitoring student progress and promote positive behaviour, wellbeing and independence. The ideal candidate will be patient, flexible and committed to inclusion, with an understanding of how to support students' learning, development and wellbeing. Experience of supporting pupils with SEMH needs would be advantageous, as would knowledge of EAL, speech and language support or outdoor learning, although a willingness to develop in these areas is equally important. Above all, you will share our commitment to high standards, continuous improvement and ensuring every student has the opportunity to achieve success.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
