Hall Meadow Primary School is a friendly, welcoming and inclusive school at the heart of the Kettering community and part of the InMAT Trust. We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant with Lunchtime Supervisor duties, who has a passion for supporting children.

As a valued member of our team, you will:

  • Support teachers in delivering high‑quality, inclusive learning across the curriculum
  • Work closely with individual pupils and small groups to help them overcome barriers to learning
  • Foster positive behaviour, well‑being and strong relationships
  • Supervise and support pupils during lunchtimes, encouraging safe play, social interaction and positive behaviour
  • Contribute to a calm, caring and nurturing school environment throughout the day

About the Role This is a varied and rewarding position supporting children across the school. It involves working 27.5 hours per week as a Teaching Assistant and 5 hours per week as a Lunchtime Supervisor. It is a fixed term position to 31st August 2027 with the possibility of becoming permanent.

We warmly welcome visits to the school where there will be the opportunity to discuss the role further with the Headteacher, Caroline Farmer. Please contact Mrs Hull in the school office to book a visit.
