The posting

We’re looking for an experienced and flexible Trainer Assessor in Automation and Controls Engineering to join our apprenticeship team to support in the growth of our Engineering Apprenticeship provision.This is a great opportunity for an experienced Trainer Assessor in Automation and Controls Engineering or someone wishing to leave industry, to work on a full-time contract to carry out Training and Assessing duties for apprentices and their employers in college and the workplace.

The ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate the following:• Competency in the subject area• An appropriate Assessor qualification (for example D32/D33/A1/TAQA, or equivalent) or willingness to work towards• A qualification at a minimum Level 3 in the subject area• Experience of working with individuals to develop new knowledge, skills and behaviours
