Colne Valley High School Year Leader Permanent, 37 hours per week, Term time plus 5 days Salary - Grade 7, Scale Points 14 to 17, £26,641 to £27,977 per annum
(FTE £30,515 to £32,046 per annum)

This is an exciting opportunity to join Colne Valley High School as an enthusiastic and dedicated Year Leader.
The successful candidate will become part of a Year team taking responsibility for the pastoral welfare of a designated group of students ensuring effective communication with the families of these students, engaging them as key stakeholders in their child’s educational experience.
The post holder will ensure all students in their care are ready for learning and will be responsible for the implementation of an efficient and effective Pastoral Support/Behaviour system.
This is a role that requires excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and remain confident under pressure. A problem-solving attitude to work is essential. The successful candidate must have a positive attitude towards team working, have excellent interpersonal skills and be proficient in using Microsoft Office.
