The posting

We're looking for a Graphic/Digital Designer to join our Danish marketing team for a maternity cover from November 2026 through July 2027.

You’ll be our primary designer in Denmark and work across four very different tech brands: Simply.com, Dandomain, Curanet and ScanNet. That means everything from high-converting landing pages and paid social creatives to cloud infrastructure, events, brand development and the occasional piece of print.

This is a hands-on role with a lot of creative ownership. We have brand identities and guidelines – but we don't want someone who simply moves pixels around inside them. We want someone who asks questions, brings ideas to the table and helps us find the strongest visual solution.

What you'll actually be designing

Digital is at the centre of the role. You'll work closely with marketing, content, paid media and frontend development, taking ideas from rough concept to finished design.

Some of the larger projects waiting for you include:

  • ScanNet's new website – continuing the development of the visual experience across scannet.dk.
  • Campaign concepts and digital creatives – developing concepts that work across formats, channels and placements rather than designing individual banners in isolation.
  • Events – creating everything from large-format digital screens and roll-ups to merchandise and supporting campaign material.

And during a normal month, your work could also include:

  • Websites and landing pages with a focus on UX, structure and visual hierarchy
  • Paid social, display and other digital advertising creatives
  • Organic social and email design
  • Presentations and digital documents
  • Print and event material
  • Developing and adapting visual identities
  • Photography when needed

In other words: there is plenty of variation. One day you might be designing a B2C campaign for domains and websites. The next you could be figuring out how to make GPU infrastructure or Kubernetes visually understandable to a completely different audience.

Four brands. Four different design challenges.

In Denmark, team.blue operates several digital brands with very different customers, products and personalities.

  • Simply.com serves individuals, entrepreneurs and businesses with domains, website and email at a low price.
  • Dandomain helps Danish businesses with their digital presence. Everything from domains & webhosting to Microsoft 365 and more.
  • ScanNet works with technical B2B solutions including cloud infrastructure, GPU-as-a-Service and managed services.
  • Curanet is our reseller brand, delivering infrastructure and services through partners.

For a designer, that creates an interesting challenge: the same visual answer won't work four times. You'll need to understand different audiences and brand identities and turn sometimes complicated products into communication that feels simple, relevant and visually strong.

You'll have ownership – but you won't work alone

You will be the primary graphic designer in our Danish organisation. That comes with a high degree of independence, but it doesn't mean sitting alone waiting for briefs.

You'll work closely with:

  • Marketing Managers on brand direction, campaigns and creative concepts
  • Our frontend developer to turn design concepts into real digital experiences
  • Content and paid media specialists on ideas, campaigns, creative testing and channel-specific execution
  • Business Developers when new products and commercial initiatives are taken to market

We like working collaboratively and relatively close to the work. So if your instinct is to challenge the brief, sketch three alternatives or grab someone for ten minutes to make an idea better, you'll fit right in.

And yes – we use AI

AI is changing creative work quickly, and we would rather explore what it can do than pretend it isn't happening.

Our marketing team already uses AI every day across areas such as ideation, mockups, content, creative adaptation, paid media, SEM and analysis. For this role, we see a lot of opportunity in areas such as concept development, image generation, rapid prototyping, resizing and reformatting, video and motion.

We don't expect you to have mastered every new tool. Curiosity matters more. If you enjoy experimenting with new workflows and figuring out where AI genuinely makes creative work better, you'll have plenty of room to do that here.

And if you already know things we don't: even better. We fully expect the learning to go both ways.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for a designer with a strong visual eye who is comfortable moving between concept and execution.

You will probably recognise yourself in several of these:

  • You have a background in graphic or digital design – through education, professional experience or both
  • You're comfortable working in Figma and Adobe tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Digital design feels natural to you, and you understand how hierarchy, interaction and UX affect a design
  • You care about typography, composition, spacing and the small details that make a design feel finished
  • You can work within an established brand identity without making everything look templated
  • You can take a technical or complicated message and make it easy to understand visually
  • You're comfortable owning your work and organising several projects at the same time
  • You enjoy collaborating with people who aren't designers

Experience with AI-assisted creative workflows, video, animation or motion design is a definite plus. Photography skills are useful too.

Most importantly: show us how you think

Your portfolio matters more to us than whether every bullet point above matches your CV.

We'd like to see work that shows your eye for design, but we're also interested in how you work with an existing visual identity.

A small portfolio challenge

As part of your application, we'd therefore like you to do a small twist on the traditional portfolio submission:

  1. Choose one of our four brands: Simply.com, Dandomain, Curanet or ScanNet.
  2. Use that brand's visual identity as the framework for a short presentation of your own existing portfolio. You can explore our brand guide here.
  3. Choose the projects you think represent you best and show us how you handle layout, typography, colour, hierarchy and the overall visual experience.

Don't turn this into a week-long design assignment. We're not asking you to create a campaign or solve a business case for free. We're simply curious to see how you interpret an existing identity and use it to present work you have already created.

A personal video telling us a little about yourself and why the role caught your attention is very welcome, but completely optional. We know being in front of a camera isn't for everyone.

The portfolio presentation is required for us to consider your application.

A little about team.blue

team.blue is a European group of 60+ brands operating across 22 countries and serving more than 3.3 million customers.

That gives us the scale of a large European technology company, while the Danish marketing team works closely with our individual brands and the people behind them.

For you, that means you'll join a Danish team where you can see your work go live and have direct influence on it, while also being part of a much larger international organisation.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
