Om stillingen

Som trainee i vores Air Freight-afdeling bliver du grundigt oplært i luftfragtspedition og kommer bl.a. til at arbejde med:

– Booking og koordinering af luftfragtforsendelser med flyselskaber og agenter

– Udarbejdelse og håndtering af fragtdokumenter (bl.a. Air Waybill, faktura- og toldpapirer)

– Løbende kundekontakt og opfølgning på forsendelser fra afhentning til levering

– Prisforespørgsler og tilbudsberegning over for kunder og samarbejdspartnere

– Registrering og opdatering af forsendelser i vores TMS-system

– Tæt samarbejde med kolleger i Air Freight-afdelingen og på tværs af huset

Vi forestiller os, at du

– At du har bestået HHX eller du har bestået STX / HTX suppleret med den adgangsgivende 5 ugers EUS

– Har gode danskkundskaber og kan begå dig professionelt på engelsk, både mundtligt og skriftligt

– Er struktureret, detaljeorienteret og trives med mange bolde i luften

– Er udadvendt, serviceminded og god til at samarbejde med både kolleger og kunder

– Har generelt godt kendskab til IT, herunder Excel

– Har interesse for international handel, logistik og luftfragt
