Account Manager

About the role

TGE Freight is looking for a driven Account Manager to join our Perth Airport team and play a key role in growing our customer base.

You’ll manage and grow an established portfolio while actively identifying and winning new business. This is a true hunter/farmer role, with the opportunity to significantly grow the portfolio and make a real impact as TGE Freight continues to expand and win market share.

What you’ll do

• Grow and manage a portfolio of key customer accounts.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities.
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Develop account strategies and deliver against sales targets.
• Partner with customers and internal teams to identify opportunities and deliver tailored solutions.
• Lead tenders, bids, renewals and commercial negotiations.
• Monitor account performance, profitability and growth opportunities.
• Act as a trusted commercial partner and advocate for your customers.

About you

You’re a commercially driven, resilient and customer-focused sales professional who thrives on winning business and building relationships.

You’ll bring:

• Proven B2B account management and business development experience.
• A strong track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
• Excellent negotiation, influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and a solutions-focused mindset.
• The drive to hunt for new opportunities and the ability to grow existing accounts.
• Experience in logistics, freight, mining, FMCG, retail or heavy industry is highly regarded — but not essential.
• A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to travel locally.
