Das erwartet dich bei uns

Wir suchen Verstärkung rund um unser webbasiertes Intralogistik und Warehouse Management System ProStore®. Worum geht’s? Wir möchten unseren namhaften und bekannten Kunden einen erstklassigen IT-Service bereitstellen. Schritt für Schritt entwickelst du dich zur/m Spezialist*in für unsere ProStore®-Systeminstallationen, berätst unsere Kunden bei Anwendungsproblemen und hast Spaß am direkten Kundenkontakt.

Dein Arbeitsalltag

Nach intensiver Einarbeitung beschäftigst du dich u. a. mit folgenden Themen:

  • Dein Wissen: Du entwickelst dich Schritt für Schritt zur Spezialist*in für unsere ProStore®-Systeminstallationen und kennst die Module und Prozesse in- und auswendig
  • Dein Service-Mindset: Du berätst unsere Kunden bei Anwendungsproblemen, findest pragmatische Lösungen und stellst einen erstklassigen IT-Support sicher
  • Deine Technikaffinität: Du betreust und konfigurierst unsere ProStore®-Module, analysierst System-Performance und optimierst Abläufe
  • Deine Vielseitigkeit: Du unterstützt bei Inbetriebnahmen von ProStore® und bringst dein Wissen aktiv ins Team ein
  • Deine Problemlösungskompetenz: Du bearbeitest Anfragen im 2nd Level Support und arbeitest eng mit Kolleg*innen und anderen Abteilungen zusammen

Das zeichnet dich aus

  • Analytischer Blick: Du hast ein Studium in Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation durch Berufserfahrung
  • Teamgeist: Du arbeitest gerne mit anderen zusammen und liebst es, komplexe Aufgaben zu meistern
  • Kundenfokus: Du bist dienstleistungsorientiert und hast Freude daran, andere zu unterstützen
  • Sprachgewandtheit: Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch sicher in Wort und Schrift
  • Technische Skills: Idealerweise hast du Erfahrung mit SQL, Oracle PL/SQL oder Java
