Team Nordahl er et hesteassisteret dagbehandlingstilbud og STU-uddannelse for unge med særlige behov. Vi arbejder med heste, som en central del af den teraputiske og pædagoiske indsats - i tæt samspil med naturen, dyrene og det enkelte menneskes udvikling. Vi tilbyder et fagligt stærkt, nærværende og støttende arbejdsmiljø med plads til udvikling og faglig fordybelse.

Vi søger dig, der:

  • Har relevant faglig baggrund, fx. lærer, terapuet, socialrådgiver eller anden relevant uddannelse. Det er vigtigt du har haft teraputike samtaler.
  • Har erfaring med og/eller stærke ridefærdigheder - især på islandske heste.
  • Har dyb interresse for målgruppen - unge med specialbehov, psykiske og sociale udfordinger, herunder skolevægring, ADHD og autisme mm.
  • Kan arbejde struktureret, selvstændigt og kan trives i et dynamisk miljø.
  • Er god til skriftlig dokumentation og kan formidle sig fagligt på en tydelig og engagerende måde - både skriftligt og mundtligt.

Dine faglige kompetencer:

  • Høj faglighed inden for målgruppen og forståelse for neuromatriske og traumeinformerende tilgange.
  • Erfaring med hesteassisteret terapi/ridefaglighed.
  • Evne til at arbejde systematisk med mål, dokumentation og evaluering.
  • Gode kommunikationsevner og stærke formidlingskompetencer - fx. forældresamtaler, teammøder og eksterne samarbejdspartnere.
