Kualifikasi Application Support:

Mandatory Skills: OS Linux dan microservices

  1. Memiliki gelar Sarjana dari Universitas terkemuka dengan latar belakang pendidikan dari Ilmu Komputer/Teknologi Informasi, Sains & Teknologi, atau yang setara.
  2. Memiliki total minimal 3 tahun pengalaman sebagai Java Software Engineer dengan pengalaman yang relevan dalam desain dan pengembangan aplikasi Java.
  • Berpengalaman dalam debugging aplikasi dan investigasi error.
  1. Memahami messaging JSON
  2. Menguasai arsitektur micro services dan framework berikut:
  3. Angular
  4. Java Spring Boot
  5. Menguasai tools berikut akan lebih disukai:
  6. Jenkins
  7. Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform
  8. Kubernetes
  9. Axway API Gateway
  10. Keycloak
  11. ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana)
  12. GitHub/Bitbucket
  13. SonarQube
  14. Menguasai Perintah Linux, Database PostgreSQL, MIcrosoft SQL Server dan Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.x atau yang lebih baru.
  15. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik.
  16. Fasih dalam bahasa Inggris lisan dan tulisan.
  17. Berdomisili di Jabodetabek, Indonesia.

Ruang Lingkup Pekerjaan Application Support:

  1. Memonitor dan menjaga stabilisasi sistem di Production setiap hari.
  2. Berkoordinasi dengan tim IT lainnya dalam menangani permasalahan di Production.
  3. Melakukan investigasi, analisa akar permasalahan dan merekomendasikan solusi atas permasalahan yang terjadi di Production.
  4. Melakukan perbaikan dan peningkatan performa pada aplikasi yang dikelola.
  5. Melakukan pemeliharaan rutin atas aplikasi yang dikelola (weekly maintenance, monthly maintenance).
