Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :

  1. Melaksanakan pengembangan aplikasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan bisnis dan standar Bank Mandiri.
  2. Melaksanakan working code yang efektif dan efisien sesuai kebutuhan bisnis sebagai kewajiban utama sebelum kewajiban-kewajiban lainnya
  3. Menganalisis konteks persoalan serta memberikan solusi (teknologi) dari permasalahan bisnis
  4. Membuat ide, permasalahan dan solusi dalam suatu media yang dapat diakses bersama untuk kesinambungan pengembangan produk dan kemajuan tim
  5. Melaksanakan fungsi kolaborasi dengan seluruh stakeholder bisnis dan IT dalam pengembangan produk
  6. Melaksanakan tanggung jawab dalam arsitektur dan rancangan sistem secara keseluruhan, sehingga solusi dalam satuan feature menjadi solusi yang konsisten terhadap feature lain dalam konteks backend maupun end-to-end
  7. Melaksanakan fungsi kolaborasi dalam mengintegrasikan produk dengan sistem surrounding internal dan eksternal mandiri
  8. Melaksanakan fungsi tanggung jawab secara utuh yang berorientasi pada terselesaikannya produk, termasuk dengan berkoordinasi dengan tim dalam mempersiapkan komponen infrastuktur, script automation untuk deployment/delivery serta memiliki awareness terhadap keamanan produk yang dikembangkan
  9. Monitoring seluruh service backend dimasa development, testing, dan production.
  10. Melaksanakan manajemen risiko operasional untuk setiap bisnis proses yang dilakukan yaitu melakukan identifikasi, penilaian, pemantauan, pengendalian & mitigasi risiko operasional termasuk kualitas data dan pelaporan dimana terjadinya risk event sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku di bank serta menjadi role model dalam konteks penerapan kontrol operasional.

Minimum Kualifikasi :

  1. Memiliki Pendidikan minimal S1 dibidang atau jurusan IT, SI, Ilmu Komputer atau bidang lain yang relevan.
  2. Memiliki Skill Komunikasi atau kemampuan Interpersonal dengan sangat baik.
  3. Memiliki pengalaman bekerja di bagian Back End atau yang setara minimal 3 tahun.
  4. Memiliki sikap inisiatif, disiplin, bertanggung jawab, detail, dan bekerja dengan rapi.
  5. Memiliki kemampuan bekerja secara Individu ataupun dalam tim serta mampu berkoordinasi dengan tim tim lain yang terkait
  6. Memiliki kemampuan dalam memberikan masukan/ide ide untuk improvement dalam tim.

Required Skills:

Menguasai bahasa pemrograman Java / .Net / C# / Go Memiliki pemahaman yang baik terkait microservice dan API Familiar dengan RDBMS

Memiliki pengalaman mengolah salah satu database oracle/ elastic/ redis/ mongo db Good communication dan collaboration skill.

Memiliki kemampuan dalam melakukan debugging dan troubleshooting
