1. Education : S1 (IT related background preferable)/S2 (IT Management & related more preferable) GPA > 3.0

2. Experience : Min. 2 Years as PMO

3. Age : < 30

5. Technical Skill & Competencies : Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point), Logical Thinking yang baik dan kemampuan analisa data untuk keperluan PMO Reporting &Dashboard, Jira

6. Soft skill :

a. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan menjelaskan dengan baik

b. Memiliki kemampuan editorial, naratif, dan pencatatan Minutes of Meeting yang baik untuk kebutuhan perekapan status project dan mengkomunikasikannya ke user

c. Rapi, teliti dan tertib dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan

d. Teamwork Oriented

Responsibilities :

1. Melakukan analisa dan design untuk kebutuhan PMO Dashboard & Reporting 2. Membuat rekap dan pelaporan project status 3. Melakukan follow-up dan upload untuk URF Development 4. Melakukan follow-up dan memastikan dokumen project tercapai dengan baik (Dok RDM, Dok Protoyping, Project charter, Project Closure, dll) 5. Membuat dan follow up resource, calendar meeting, pencatatan MoM, follow up outstanding issue, dll
