Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Allgemeine Administrationstätigkeiten innerhalb der Team Styria Akademie
  • Laufender Austausch und Abstimmung mit unseren Produktionsbereichen
  • Ansprechpartner:in für Berufsschulen und externe Partner
  • Verwaltung und Pflege von Lehrlingsdaten
  • Laufende Kontrolle der Anwesenheits‑ und Zeiterfassungsdaten unserer Lehrlinge
  • Unterstützung bei organisatorischen Abläufen im Rahmen der Lehrlingsausbildung

Fähigkeiten & Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (vorzugsweise HAK)
  • Sehr gute MS‑Office‑Kenntnisse
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und genaue Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartner:innen
  • Verlässlichkeit und Teamfähigkeit
