Key Responsibilities

  • Lead solution discovery and technical evaluation workshops with security, technology, infrastructure, operations, risk and vendor teams.
  • Translate business and cybersecurity objectives into functional, technical, integration and operational requirements.
  • Review solution architectures, technical designs, security controls, system integrations, dependencies and implementation approaches.
  • Manage project scope, delivery roadmaps, resource planning, budgeting, procurement and vendor evaluations.
  • Lead end-to-end RFI/RFP/RFQ processes, including requirements definition, proposal evaluation, commercial negotiations and contract finalisation.
  • Drive project delivery from initiation and design through development, testing, deployment, operational readiness and closure.
  • Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, change requests and deliverables.
  • Coordinate security testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, defect resolution and production readiness.
  • Monitor project financials, budgets, forecasts and expenditure.
  • Prepare project status reports, steering committee presentations and governance documentation.
  • Coordinate stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely delivery, knowledge transfer and operational handover.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computing, Information Systems, Engineering, Cybersecurity or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of project/programme management experience in technology delivery, cybersecurity, engineering or PMO environments.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end cybersecurity solution implementation projects.
  • Strong technical understanding to review cybersecurity architecture, identify design gaps and challenge proposed solutions.
  • Experience managing complex RFI/RFP/RFQ processes, vendor selection, commercial negotiations and contract finalisation.
  • Strong knowledge of project governance, budgeting, risk and issue management, change control and executive reporting.
  • Working knowledge of SDLC, Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and MS Office.
  • Experience in banking, financial services or other regulated enterprise environments is preferred.

  • Cybersecurity Solutions: Cloud security, network security, endpoint security, infrastructure security and application security.
  • Identity & Data Security: Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), data security and database activity monitoring.
  • Security Operations: Vulnerability management, security monitoring, security testing and technology risk assessments.
  • Solution Integration: Integration of security platforms with enterprise infrastructure, applications, identity services, ticketing systems, logging platforms and operational workflows.
  • Architecture & Governance: Security architecture reviews, solution assurance, design evaluation and operational-readiness assessments.
  • Project Delivery Tools: Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and standard MS Office applications.
