Agência integrada de Relações Públicas e Marketing em Lisboa procura um novo membro para a equipa de Relações Públicas, exercendo funções de Campaign Manager (Gestor de Contas)

O Campaign Manager colabora com os seus clientes e equipa para garantir o funcionamento eficiente e eficaz das suas contas. Tem uma compreensão clara dos objetivos e requisitos dos clientes, negócios e projetos.

As tuas responsabilidades:

  • És consultor para os teus clientes e defines prazos e contratos de serviços
  • Revês regularmente o desempenho das contas, identificando e comunicando portunidades para propor serviços adicionais
  • Conduzes a equipa no sentido de desenvolver conteúdos e trabalhos criativos para os clientes
  • Defines propostas e planos de ativação para os clientes
  • Contribuis para a implementação de novo negócio, participando nos pitches com a equipa de New Business
  • Ofereces aconselhamento estratégico aos clientes, com análises mensuráveis
  • Manténs-te atualizado/a sobre as melhores práticas e tendências atuais
  • Contribuis e apoias a melhoria contínua de sistemas, práticas e políticas

Estamos à tua procura se:

  • Falas e escreves fluentemente em inglês (C2) e espanhol
  • 3-4 anos de experiência em ambiente de agência ou similar
  • Compreendes e conheces o panorama mediático e tens capacidade de identificar e propor oportunidades de posicionamento dos clientes nele
  • Tens uma atitude proativa e dinâmica, capacidades de organização e gestão eficiente do tempo e és criativo/a
  • Tens flexibilidade, destreza e capacidade de resolver problemas no momento
  • Tens experiência com clientes integrados, B2B e B2C
