• Deliver functional wireframe specs, user flow diagrams, information architecture, interactive prototypes and more to drive alignment on UX/UI vision to cross-functional teammates

• Design from first principles, through deeply understanding the game genre, analyzing competitive references, actively participating in playtesting sessions, and collaborating with User Research to uncover player needs and motivations, and address usability concerns

• Establish and maintain robust UX standards and best practices across the studio in coordination with the UX/UI department, encompassed by UX/UI pillars, design systems, pipelines, and component libraries to enhance development efficiency, consistency, and quality

• Build and maintain a healthy UX/UI team through managing, staffing planning, hiring, and exdev management, embracing a “we” culture

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
