TeamSafety har etableret en ny compliance- og efterforskningsenhed og søger i den forbindelse tidligere politibetjente med solid efterforskningserfaring.

Har du afsluttet din karriere i politiet – eller nærmer du dig pensionen – og ønsker fortsat at bringe din faglige indsigt og analytiske sans i spil? Så tilbyder vi deltidsstillinger i en ny og spændende enhed.

Arbejdet omfatter undersøgelse og opfølgning på forhold, hvor virksomheder eller medarbejdere muligvis ikke efterlever gældende lovgivning, kontraktlige forpligtelser eller etiske standarder. Herudover vil du få en central rolle i at afdække, dokumentere og klargøre sager om mulige strafbare forhold med henblik på eventuel overdragelse til politiet eller andre relevante myndigheder. Arbejdet udføres i tæt samarbejde med vores kunder

Dine arbejdsopgaver

  • Kontrol og verifikation af virksomhedsregistrering, ejerforhold og selskabsstrukturer.
  • Undersøgelse af entreprenører og underleverandørers overholdelse af gældende lovgivning og kontraktlige forpligtelser.
  • Kontrol af løn- og ansættelsesforhold, herunder forebyggelse af social dumping.
  • Gennemgang og vurdering af relevant dokumentation, herunder arbejds- og opholdstilladelser, RUT-registreringer og øvrige lovpligtige forhold.
  • Afdækning, dokumentation og opfølgning på mistænkelige forhold samt klargøring af sager til videre juridisk vurdering.

Om dig

Vi forestiller os, at du:

  • Er uddannet politibetjent – gerne med efterforskningserfaring.
  • Har arbejdet med dokumentkontrol, økonomiske forhold eller komplekse sager.
  • Er grundig, objektiv og arbejder metodisk.
  • Kan arbejde selvstændigt og træffe velbegrundede vurderinger.
  • Kommunikerer klart og professionelt – både skriftligt og mundtligt. Både på dansk og engelsk.
  • Er fortrolig med digitale systemer og informationssøgning.

Erfaring fra økonomisk kriminalitet, udlændingekontrol, organiseret kriminalitet eller lignende vil være en fordel, men er ikke et krav.
