In Finance, we ensure the integrated governance of financial activities at Group level, both ordinary and extraordinary. We control administrative, accounting, and financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with tax requirements and optimizing credit management, debt collection, and treasury activities. A primary focus is placed on integrating the accounting, administrative, and reporting processes of companies being acquired, ensuring alignment and efficiency at the Group level.
Join a team where young talents and professionals work side by side on innovative projects in the field of Tax Group, supporting the effective management of Direct Taxes and Transfer Pricing activities while ensuring tax compliance across the Group's international entities.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Support the calculation and management of direct taxes (IRES/IRAP), including data collection, tax reconciliations, and analysis of tax adjustments.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with periodic and annual direct tax obligations.
- Support Transfer Pricing activities, including the analysis of intercompany transactions, collection of financial data, preparation of TP documentation (Master File and Local File), and coordination with external advisors.
- Support tax activities related to cross-border transactions and international M&A projects, from acquisition through post-acquisition integration and structuring.
- Monitor tax matters affecting the Group’s foreign subsidiaries and provide support on specific international tax topics, ensuring effective coordination between headquarters and local entities.
What skills are we looking for?
- Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Economics, Law, or a related field (specialization in Taxation or Corporate Tax is considered a plus).
- 1-2 years of experience in the tax field, preferably gained within professional firms, consulting companies, or in-house tax departments.
- Solid knowledge of corporate direct taxation (IRES and IRAP), Transfer Pricing principles, and OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines, with a strong interest in international tax matters.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and economic data, combined with proficiency in Excel and other digital tools.
- Excellent written and spoken English, enabling effective analysis of documentation and collaboration with international stakeholders.
- High level of accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development in tax-related matters.
- Strong organizational and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions, manage deadlines, and proactively solve problems in an international environment.

- Total compensation: € 37.000 – € 42.000 Including a variable component linked to performance. Full-time reference.
