The posting

We are looking for an experienced ERP Operations Consultant to support and optimize business processes across supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, procurement, and order management functions within a global organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate operational needs into effective ERP and process solutions.
  • Configure and support ERP systems, with a focus on operational business processes.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and external partners to evaluate and implement improvements.
  • Lead projects, workshops, and change management activities.
  • Prepare business cases, risk assessments, documentation, and project updates.
  • Deliver training and user support to ensure successful adoption of solutions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for ERP processes related to supply chain, logistics, procurement, manufacturing, and order management.
  • Drive continuous improvement, process standardization, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in ERP consulting, business systems, project management, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, procurement, or order management processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Infor M3 ERP; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading projects, workshops, and organizational change initiatives.
  • Fluent English and Polish.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
