Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams möchten wir gerne einen weiteren Tierarzt (w/m/d) gewinnen, die/der Leidenschaft für Kleintiermedizin mitbringt und Freude daran hat, sich langfristig in unserem kleinen, kollegialen Team einzubringen und mit uns weiterzuentwickeln. #entdeckeuns

DAS ERWARTET DICH BEI UNS:

  • Du führst eigenständig Sprechstunden im Kleintierbereich durch und betreust Deine Patienten mit fachlicher Kompetenz und persönlichem Engagement
  • Versiert erhebst Du eine strukturierte Anamnese, bewertest den klinischen Zustand Deiner Patienten und leitest passende diagnostische und therapeutische Schritte ein
  • Du beurteilst Befunde, erklärst Diagnosen verständlich gegenüber den Tierhalter*innen und begleitest Deine Patienten über den gesamten Behandlungsverlauf hinweg
  • Je nach Qualifikation übernimmst Du Weichteiloperationen im Kleintierbereich selbstständig oder entwickelst Dich schrittweis in diesem Bereich weiter
  • Du betreust die Tierbesitzer*innen langfristig, berätst sie individuell zu Prävention und Therapie und bist für sie eine verlässliche fachliche Ansprechperson
  • Du setzt Dich für effiziente Praxisabläufe und Prozessoptimierungen ein, so dass unser Kundenservice stetig verbessert wird

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:

  • Nach einem erfolgreich abgeschlossenen Studium der Tiermedizin mit einer deutschen Approbation hast Du bereits einschlägige Berufserfahrungen als Tierarzt (m/w/d) für Kleintiermedizin gesammelt
  • Erfahrung in der Chirurgie im Kleintierbereich ist wünschenswert, aber keine Voraussetzung - wichtig ist Deine Lernbereitschaft und Dein fachliches Engagement
  • Auf alle Fälle hast Du Lust auf eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit, bringst Freude an der tiermedizinischen Beratung mit und gehst empathisch auf die Patientenbesitzer*innen ein - auch in emotional belastenden Situationen
  • Du bist ein echter Teamplayer und dazu auch eine Persönlichkeit, die sich durch Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Engagement und Zuverlässigkeit auszeichnet
  • Außerdem hast Du ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an fachlicher Weiterentwicklung/-bildung, um einen hohen medizinischen Standard sicherzustellen
