  • Unterstützung im gesamten Recruiting-Prozess
  • Sichtung und Vorauswahl von Bewerbungen
  • Kommunikation mit Bewerber*innen
  • Koordination und Begleitung von Vorstellungsgesprächen und Hospitationen
  • Pflege und Verwaltung unseres Bewerbermanagementsystems
  • Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von Stellenausschreibungen
  • Unterstützung bei der aktiven Kandidat*innensuche
  • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Recruiting-Prozesse

Deine Skills

  • Laufendes Studium, mindestens im 4. Semester, z. B. im Bereich Personalmanagement, Wirtschaftspsychologie, BWL oder vergleichbar
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung im Recruiting ist Voraussetzung
  • Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Sicheres und freundliches Auftreten
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office
  • Interesse daran, Verantwortung im Recruiting zu übernehmen
